1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must have legal authority to access the Pages/IG accounts you connect.
  • Authentication is provided via Facebook Login. You authorize us to request necessary scopes to display insights.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session and devices.

2. Permitted Use

  • Use the Service solely to analyze your legitimate Pages/IG accounts.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
  • No scraping, exporting, reselling, or republishing insights in a way that violates Meta or privacy laws.
  • No attempting to bypass rate limits, probe security, or reverse engineer.
  • No using insights to build user profiles or for discriminatory purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service interfaces with third parties, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), NextAuth, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their services; your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data. Insights are provided by the Meta Graph API and may change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms or platform policies.
